Responsibilities
Design, program, test, and commission protection, SCADA, telecommunications, and control panels for generation, transmission, and distribution applications. Develop engineering drawings, specifications, compliance statements, test procedures, and control schemes, and support factory and site commissioning.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of experience in protection and control panel design, engineering documentation, and testing or commissioning, along with strong knowledge of power systems, protection principles, and communications. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and experience programming GE UR-family or third-party protection relays are specified.
