Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc financial and operational reports
Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow and working capital trends
Replace manual Excel-based reporting with dashboards, applications and automated workflows
Improve multi-entity consolidation and reporting processes
Apply AI tools to financial analysis, variance commentary and management reporting
Support pricing, contract evaluations and strategic business initiatives
Partner with Finance, BI, Operations and IT to develop analytical and reporting solutions
Evaluate new systems and tools that support the Finance automation roadmap
Document new processes and train Finance team members on new tools

Qualifications

University degree in finance, accounting, business or a related quantitative discipline
3 - 5 years of FP&A, financial analysis or hybrid finance/systems experience
Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proficiency with Power BI, including dashboards, reports and data models
Working experience with SQL
Experience contributing to finance automation, reporting or transformation projects
