Roofing Project Manager

CSG Talent is partnering with a company that is expanding its team and is seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager to lead multiple projects with a focus on safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
What You'll Do
- Manage commercial roofing projects from award through to final completion and closeout.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, labour requirements, materials and subcontractors.
- Coordinate daily activities with site supervisors, foremen, suppliers and clients.
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Manage procurement of roofing materials and coordinate deliveries to site.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts and project documentation.
- Monitor project costs, track budgets and identify potential cost overruns.
- Prepare and manage change orders, progress billings and project reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, general contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues and maintain project standards.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience managing construction projects, ideally within the commercial roofing industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials and installation methods.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules and subcontractors.
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
