Role Description The Part-time Sales Associate role is an on-site position based in Vaughan, ON. In this role, you will greet customers, provide personalized product recommendations, and guide shoppers through the store to help them create their ideal home décor style. You will handle transactions at the cash desk, process returns and exchanges, and maintain store standards, including merchandising, stocking shelves, and keeping displays clean and attractive. Day-to-day responsibilities also include learning product features, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with team members to ensure a welcoming, customer-focused environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected in this part-time retail position.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a friendly, professional approach.
- Sales and retail abilities such as product knowledge, upselling, cross-selling, and cash handling accuracy.
- Visual merchandising and store presentation skills, including attention to detail, organization, and basic stocking and inventory support.
