Original job description

Go Lime is a Basalt-backed HVAC subscription business based in Ontario. Marketing here is built on data. The attribution stack runs server-side, and the numbers shape decisions across the entire business.

We’re hiring a Marketing Operations and Analytics Lead to own the data layer of marketing. Today the VP of Marketing owns this work directly. The team has scaled past the point where that’s the right setup. We need someone to take it over, raise the bar, and turn marketing analytics into a function the rest of the company can lean on.

What you’ll own

The full attribution stack. Triple Whale, Elevar (server-side), GA4, Klaviyo, Shopify.

Weekly and monthly performance reporting for the leadership team.

Marketing data integration across acquisitions.

Marketing dashboards. CAC, channel performance, funnel diagnostics, MMM.

Tagging, tracking, and data quality across the entire marketing stack.

Marketing tech selection and integration as we scale.

What we’re looking for

5+ years in marketing analytics, marketing ops, or growth analytics at a DTC, subscription, or e-commerce business.

Deep hands-on with at least three of Triple Whale, Elevar, GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo.

Server-side tracking experience. You understand the difference between a Conversions API event and a pixel fire.

Comfortable with SQL and at least one BI tool.

Can talk about CAC payback and channel attribution as easily as you can debug a tag firing twice.

Bonus if you’ve integrated data through an acquisition or worked in a PE-backed environment.

How we work

Direct line to the VP of Marketing.

Real visibility to the executive team.

Modern, server-side stack.

Ontario-based, hybrid.

To apply send your resume and one attribution or reporting problem you solved. Walk us through the problem, the approach, and the impact. We care more about how you think than where you’ve worked. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

All candidates will be considered, however only qualified candidates will be contacted. Go Lime is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Go Lime is committed to accommodating applicants with disabilities throughout the hiring process, in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). Our HR Team will work with applicants requesting accommodation at any stage of the hiring process.

We would like to thank all applicants for their interest. However, only those under consideration will be contacted.
