Prepare estimates, invoices, and process payments accurately
Assist clients with insurance claims and financing information
Maintain accurate patient accounts and medical record documentation
Complete referral intake processes and support administrative workflows
Handle client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and tact
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception environment
Assist with inventory, administrative tasks, and other duties as required

Experience with veterinary software systems considered an asset
Flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and overnights

We welcome candidates who are passionate about client care and looking to grow within a supportive referral and emergency environment.
