The Opportunity
We are seeking an established sales professional to lead business development and drive revenue growth within the HVAC and building services industry.
This is an opportunity for a proven producer with strong GTA property management and building owner relationships who can personally generate leads, secure new business, and develop long-term maintenance contracts.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will have the autonomy to shape the sales strategy, build strategic relationships, and play a key role in the company's continued growth, with the potential to build and lead a sales team as the business expands.
What You'll Be Doing
- Personally prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities across the GTA.
- Leverage existing relationships with property managers, building owners, and commercial real estate stakeholders.
- Secure recurring HVAC maintenance agreements and grow long-term customer accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through negotiation and contract execution.
- Develop strategic accounts and communicate the value of differentiated service offerings.
- Work with estimating, technical, and operations teams to develop competitive, profitable proposals.
- Own sales targets, pipeline development, contract value, and revenue growth.
- Help shape the company's commercial strategy and future sales team.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
- Proven success in business development or strategic sales within HVAC, mechanical services, building automation, or a related industry.
- Established relationships with GTA property managers and commercial building owners.
- A track record of personally winning new business and securing recurring service contracts.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle and understanding contract value and profitability.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in combining hands-on sales with broader commercial leadership.
Salary Range- $150,000 Base plus uncapped upside
