Bilingual P&C Insurance Operations Analyst
Markham, ON (4 days/ week onsite)

Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
- Multilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
- Experience in policy administration, policy servicing, or insurance operations.
- Ability to interpret insurance policies, endorsements, and policy documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a process-driven environment.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of the Canadian P&C Insurance Market.
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or similar policy administration systems.
- Exposure to insurance compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
