Job Details: Job Location: Toronto Office - Richmond Hill, ON, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $85000.00 - $100000.00Salary/year, Job Category: Information Technology, The AI Engineer will support the design, building, and maintaining of AI-powered solutions across the organization, including AI agents for our analytics and customer success teams. You’ll work closely with delivery, data, and engineering teams to develop AI-enabled workflows and no-code/low-code solutions using platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex, and Salesforce Einstein. This is a hands-on role at a growing company, with direct exposure to a wide range of AI tools and projects.
The Basics:
Office Location: Richmond Hill, ON (this position is primarily remote/work-from-home; new hires will attend in-office training, with occasional on-site presence as needed thereafter)
Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 CAN

What You’ll Do
Help build and test AI agents that support finance and sales analytics teams
Build and implement AI, GenAI, and LLM-based tools for internal and external projects
Develop and maintain AI-enabled workflows and automations
Prepare data and write prompts to improve model outputs
Research, test, and evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms
Partner with data and engineering teams on AI and data initiatives
Create technical documentation and onboarding resources for AI tools
What You’ll Bring
Up to 2 years of experience with AI/GenAI tools, data platforms, or related technical projects (internships and academic projects included)
Working experience with Python
Foundational knowledge of AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex, or Salesforce Einstein
Basic understanding of workflow automation and low-code/no-code tools
Familiarity with data management concepts, CRM systems, and enterprise data platforms
Understanding of responsible AI, data governance, and security practices
How You'll Standout
Exposure to building AI agents or working with tool integrations, APIs, or MCP
Interest in or exposure to finance or sales data
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field
AI/GenAI training or certification, such as Microsoft AI-900, Salesforce AI Associate, or a prompt engineering course
