Majestic Marble Import is a family owned company established in 1989, specializing in the supply, fabrication, and installation of natural stone, quartz, and porcelain surfaces.
From custom residential kitchens to large condominium developments, we work with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors across Ontario.
We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our office team in Concord.
The Position
Scheduling is an important part of what we do. Every day, our team coordinates appointments with customers, builders, and trades to keep projects moving.
We're looking for someone who can keep track of multiple appointments, communicate clearly, and handle changes when plans don't go as expected.
You'll be working closely with our customers and internal teams to organize templating appointments, service calls, and follow ups.
What You'll Be Doing
- Scheduling and confirming templating appointments with homeowners, builders, and contractors.
- Coordinating service calls, repairs, and follow up visits.
- Managing daily schedules and making adjustments when appointments or project timelines change.
- Communicating with customers, designers, trades, and internal departments.
- Keeping scheduling records and project information accurate and up to date.
- Using Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications to organize schedules and information.
- Helping other office team members when additional support is needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication, both by phone and email.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to manage several priorities without losing track of details.
- A practical approach to solving everyday scheduling problems.
- Someone dependable who works well with colleagues and customers.
Experience in construction or stone fabrication would be helpful, but is not required.
