This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketer who wants hands-on experience creating content, producing video, supporting food shows and helping shape marketing strategies for Magnum and our partnering manufacturers.

The Opportunity

Based in our Markham office, this full-time position offers variety, ownership and the chance to learn by doing. You will collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer partners to bring campaigns and experiences to life - from the first brainstorm to execution and performance reporting.

What You’ll Do

· Plan and execute video shoots that produce engaging social media content.

· Help conceptualize, plan and execute food shows and related marketing experiences.

· Create original marketing materials for Magnum and our partnering manufacturers.

· Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market research and marketing best practices to build effective strategies.

· Create and maintain analytics reports across multiple platforms, turning key insights into stronger campaigns and go-to-market strategies.

· Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives.

· Present ideas to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies and budgets.

· Take on other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

· A diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, media or a related field; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Strong writing, editing and visual storytelling skills.

· Familiarity with major social media platforms and an interest in emerging content trends.

· Comfort creating short-form video and working with creative tools; experience with design or video-editing software is an asset.

· An analytical mindset and an interest in using data to improve marketing performance.

· Excellent organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

· Confidence sharing ideas, collaborating with others and communicating with different audiences.

· Initiative, adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Why Join Magnum?

· Build a diverse portfolio across social media, video, events, strategy and analytics.

· Work closely with established food-industry brands and experienced business leaders.

· See your ideas move from concept to real-world execution.

· Join a collaborative environment where curiosity, creativity and fresh thinking are valued.
