Perkopolis, part of PerkSpot, is searching for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Canada!

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll support Perkopolis members, helping them navigate our platform and access their discounts and savings. You’ll become an expert in the tools and resources we use and work closely with colleagues across Perkopolis and PerkSpot to deliver the best possible support to our client partners and their employees.
This position is required to be in the office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our office is located at 3080 Yonge, Suite 4010, Toronto, ON.
Working Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm EST

- 3+ years of experience in customer support, managing support tickets in various mediums and prioritizing issues according to importance
Basic understanding of computer and home networking terminology, including but not limited to terms like: operating systems, browsers, routers, modems, etc.

The pay:
Perkopolis offers competitive industry rate salaries with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity and across teams and levels. The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $56,000 plus an $2,000 annual bonus.
What We Offer:
Time off is required. We want our team members to rest, relax, and recharge, so we encourage employees to take 20 days off each year. Plus, we offer 8 statutory holidays and our office is closed from Christmas Eve through New Year's Day.
Summer Fridays are an annual tradition between Memorial Day and Labor Day every year. We close at 1pm.
- Tenure is valued and rewarded. In addition to PTO, we offer a paid Sabbatical for up to 3 months to employees at 5 years and 10 years of service.
Commuting can be expensive – we get it. So, we provide a monthly transportation stipend.
